- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My first order from Renalabs did not ship for two weeks until I called to check the status of my order, at which point he "found the problem" with the order, and it was sent. No big deal, probably 3 or 4 star service. Two weeks ago I placed a second order, which again never shipped. I called him today to check the status of this order, and was told that due to someone "gaming the system" (he would tell me no more than that), he was not shipping to my neighborhood. I told him this is medicine for my aunt and I know nothing about any gaming going on, but he became confrontational, accusatory, and just plain rude. We have found an alternative to the Renaltabs we were ordering, and recommend anyone else considering buying them do so as well.November 18, 2017by Justin Delphenich
